When will I get my order delivered?

We ship our ordered products anywhere in the world by DHL. It takes 1 to 2 business days to send the tracking number. Then the shipments take 5 to 7 days depending on which country you are in.

What's the refund policy?

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

What's the return policy?

You have 30-calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If I make a purchase and an item goes on sale within 30 calendar days can I ask for a refund?

We will honor any sale price on sales from our website for purchases made within 30 calendar days of the effective date of the sale. If you have made a purchase and an item goes on sale within 30 calendar days you may be refunded the difference in price by filling out our contact form.
